Can the FORM charger run off a standard household outlet?

The FORM Charge smart golf cart charger is made to be energy efficient and easy to use anywhere in the US. Our charger uses a 3-prong plug for 110 VAC power. This is the standard outlet for USA electrical house wiring.

Even though the charger output is 15/18AMP, it only draws an 8AMP AC.
